550+ Early Childhood Leaders of Color, in one place.
The EC LOC Member Directory — also called the Asset Map — is a living map of our network: who we are, where we work, and what we bring to this movement. Search by location, focus area, or superpower to find collaborators, local connections, or leaders who share your focus.
Every profile in the directory reflects the whole person — not just a job title, but the strengths, experiences, and passions each member brings to the Collaborative.
See where members are located across all 40 states on an interactive map. Find leaders near you or in regions you're building relationships with.
Every profile surfaces what members do best — skills, expertise, and lived experience. Filter by superpower to find exactly the collaborator or speaker you need.
Find members working on the issues you care about most — whether that's policy, direct service, family engagement, or systems change.
The directory helps us see the strength already inside the network. Before reaching out beyond EC LOC, start here — the expertise you need is likely already in the room.
EC LOC members are unique in background, geography, and focus. These six principles are what we hold in common.
The directory is protected to keep our community space safe and member-led. Here's how access works.
The directory lives at ecloc.org/members. It's password-protected to keep this space member-led and safe.
The passcode was shared in your welcome materials and is available in the EC LOC Mighty Networks hub. Check there first if you need a reminder.
Search by location, focus area, or superpower. Members are invited to update their profiles twice a year so the directory stays useful and alive. See below for how to update yours.

You're good to go. The directory is one click away.
The directory only works if the information is current. Members are invited to update their profiles twice a year — and during onboarding. There are two ways to do it.
Conversations, updates, affinity spaces, regional threads, event reminders, and community engagement. Use it when you want to connect in real time.
The searchable member directory, program information, shared documents, and structured resources. Use it when you need to find someone or something specific.
