What it involves
Mighty Networks is EC LOC's online home — where members post, ask questions, share wins, and support each other. Join affinity spaces and regional groups, find event announcements, and build your profile so other members know who you are and what you care about.

You want deeper connection with members who share your identity, location, or both — in a space you help shape.
What it involves
Affinity and Regional Groups are co-created by members, with full support from the Collaborative. Affinity Meetups bring people together around shared identity — race, gender, or cultural experience — to reflect, heal, and support one another. Regional Meetups connect members by geography to collaborate and organize locally. Regional Affinity Meetups blend both for deeply rooted, place-based connection.

What it involves
Browse upcoming events, RSVP, and show up. Sessions happen virtually and in-person across the country, covering leadership, healing, and network building.
One-Time · Project-Based
Host or Facilitate
Best for you if
You have a skill, perspective, or idea you want to share with peers who get it — and you want support doing it.
What it involves
Submit an idea, EC LOC handles the logistics, and you lead one session. Virtual events are funded up to $1,000; in-person up to $1,500. You can also receive a gift card as a facilitation thank-you.
Ongoing · Monthly
Join a Working Group
Best for you if
You want to help shape what EC LOC becomes — and you're ready to work alongside a consistent team over time.
What it involves
Working groups meet monthly and focus on specific areas: strategy, onboarding, funder partnerships, or conference co-creation. Seats open periodically — members are notified via email and Mighty Networks when applications are live.

Best for you if
You want the full EC LOC experience — three days of restoration, connection, and collective power with leaders who look like you.
What it involves
REST is a 3-day annual conference built around restoration, enlightenment, solidarity, and transformation. It happens once a year in late spring. Registration opens in December.
